Wandel naar Jezelf, who are we?
Wandel naar Jezelf is taking a breath. Taking a breath for yourself. Every now and again it’s good to award yourself with attention to where you are and what you are doing.
Taking a pause and consciously engaging our senses when out hiking, calms and grounds us. We re-connect to ourselves — both mind and body — and it also deepens our connection to the natural world.
Wandel naar Jezelf offers yoga and meditation retreats, mindful hikes and pilgrimages in the Netherlands and Europe.
The Dutch name ‘Wandel naar Jezelf’ means something like “Self Discovery Hiking”.
Wandel naar Jezelf offers a respectful and safe space where you can re-find yourself while physically active. We think having fun in a good atmosphere is important too!
Ann is life coach and yoga- and meditation teacher. Gerard is also life-coach. We are a support for you, whatever is present in your life and what you are up to.
We speak Dutch, English, French and German.

April 26 – May 9, 2019 Camino Portugues Porto – Santiago de Compostela, 14 days / 11 stages
This pilgrimage starts in beautiful Porto and we follow the old Camino Central through the hills and little villages of northern Portugal. This camino is less busy than the Camino Frances. You will find details in the brochure.
September 1 – 14, 2019 Le Puy – Conques, 13 days / 12 stages through the ‘Massif Central’ in the south of France
This pilgrimage is along the French side of the Camino de Santiago trail. This camino is considered the most beautiful one in France. You will find details in the brochure.
